Paul Tutin

Chairman and Managing Partner

Paul became the firm’s Chairman and Managing Partner in 2003. Since then, he has been instrumental in the growth of the practice, from 4 offices and 10 Partners to a mid-tier multi regional firm with 24 offices, 60 Partners and Directors and over 250 staff.
Paul’s focus is on the continued development of Streets, with its aim to become a top 20 UK practice by 2027, or sooner. This is based on a strategy of organic growth as well as the merger or acquisition of other firms.
Streets’ growth seeks to ensure that it is well placed to look after the needs of its clients and staff, both now and in the future, through the provision and development of services and technical expertise to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

In line with his role as Managing Partner, Paul has been instrumental in the creation of the standalone law practice Streets Law Ltd, the formation of its international association SBC Global Alliance and the provision of its personal financial planning arm Streets Financial Consulting Ltd.

Michael Turner

Director

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and set the firm up in 1996.
He has worked with hundreds of business owners helping them to develop their businesses, save tax and increase profits, as well as lowering their stress levels!
He is responsible for developing the business and the overall management of the firm.

Henry Abell

Senior Account Manager/ Director

Henry is an accomplished and results-drive Senior Accounts Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in client relationship management and strategic planning. Henry successfully manages long-term partnerships to develop tailored solutions and thrives on problem-solving to navigate complex challenges.

In his spare time Henry loves spending time with his family, watching NFL and camping.

Lynda Rainford

Personal Tax and Payroll Manager/ Director

Lynda is ATT qualified and is responsible for the preparation of our client’s personal tax returns and also oversees the running of the Payroll Department.
Lynda is a highly skilled Personal Tax Manager with a proven track record in providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to individuals. With a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, she assists clients in optimizing their tax positions while ensuring compliance. She stays up-to-date with the latest changes in tax legislation allowing her to provide accurate and timely advice that aligns with clients’ financial goals and objectives.

In her down time, Lynda loves to travel and spend time with her family.

Catherine Clifton

Account Manager/ Director

Catherine started off her accounting career after graduating from Newcastle University with a 1st Class Honours Degree. She then went on to gain her ACCA qualification, and now holds her FCCA designation which signifies a high level of expertise and professional competence in the field of accountancy.
Catherine loves to help clients achieve their business goals.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys socialising, spending time with her family and staying active.
