At Turners we regularly organise days out, picked and organised by the actual staff. In the past we have been go karting, Go Ape, crazy golf and have had the odd meal out too. Our most recent trip was to the Urban Playground in Manchester in June - which was great fun! A team day out of the office can have various benefits, such as fostering better team collaboration and communication, building strong relationships among team members, boosting morale and team spirit and providing a refreshing break from daily routines, leading to increased productivity and creativity when back in the workplace. It also offers an opportunity for team building activities that can improve problem-solving skills and enhance overall team dynamics!
