If 2020 has taught us anything it is to be as resilient as an elastic band, more adaptable than a meerkat and as agile as an Olympic gymnast! Every business in the country has ultimately had to embrace change, whether they like it or not.

Now, it is more important than ever that businesses are as prepared as possible to meet the uncertainties that lie ahead. At Turner Accountants, we have worked hard to pull together a 6-month programme for business owners to assist them in meeting these challenges head on and be prepared for any surprises which might come our way!

Who is this programme for?

Our 6-month programme is available to owner-managed businesses across the North West who want to move forward with confidence and work with an experienced team to map out the road ahead.

In 2020, you may have experienced a surge in demand for your products/services, or ‘pivoted’ to take advantage of opportunities. Equally, demand could have declined, or you just managed to keep your head above water. No matter what your challenges in 2020 were, moving forward requires focus.

Programme Outline

By the end of the 6-month programme, you will have a better understanding of where your business stands today and the options that you have, a clear vision and plan for you to focus on and the specific actions necessary to move you forward in the right direction.

  • Bi-monthly 2 hour 1-2-1 sessions to work through a bespoke programme of support for your business.
  • Bi-monthly webinars on strategy & planning, financial management and business growth.
  • Monthly catch-up calls with your personal Account Manager to manage progress, answer questions and ultimately become your accountability buddy!
  • Access to our client support service to help you tackle your day-to-day questions and challenges.
  • The opportunity to look at wider reviews of your financial and business affairs.
